L'Administration tunisienne a connu, durant la première période de transition (14 janvier à 23 octobre 2011) beaucoup de changements sur le plan institutionnel et au niveau fonctionnel. Dans cet ouvrage, l'auteur expose ces changements tout en donnant sa position et son évaluation de l'Administration durant cette période. Au niveau institutionnel, les changements qu'a connu l'Administration sont au niveau central aussi bien que local et régional. Quant aux fonctions, l'Administration a entamé un processus de justice trantionelle afin de lire la page de la dictature avant de la tourner. |
